CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
You can cancel your reservation free of charge:
– up to 2 days prior to the arrival date for rooms;
– up to 7 days prior to the arrival date for Cottage Metato and Casale di Corte.
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and common areas.
INTERNET
Free Wi-Fi internet connection is available in all rooms and common areas of the hotel. To activate the connection, you need to enter a dedicated access code provided to guests during check-in.
ROOMS
The use of stoves, open flames, candles, and irons is prohibited in the rooms, in compliance with fire safety regulations.
PARKING
The Villa has a free private parking lot that is open 24/7.
ANIMALS

CHILDREN
There is an additional charge for the stay of children and teenagers up to 17 years old, amounting to €10 per night per child/teenager.

Access to the rooms and hotel floors is restricted to registered guests only.
TOURIST TAX
All customers are subject to the payment of the tourist tax, which must be paid upon departure. The contribution is €5.00 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights.
